Subscription Management

Manage your BetterHomework subscription and billing preferences.

Viewing Your Current Plan

1. Log in to BetterHomework
2. Go to Settings > Subscription
3. View your current plan and status

Available Plans

Free Plan

• Limited daily questions
• Basic AI assistance
• Community support

Basic Plan

• More questions per day
• Faster response times
• Email support

Pro Plan

• Unlimited questions
• Expert mode with advanced AI
• Priority support
• All features unlocked

Upgrading Your Plan

1. Go to Settings > Subscription
2. Click "Upgrade Plan"
3. Select your desired plan
4. Enter payment information
5. Confirm your upgrade

Benefits activate immediately after upgrading.

Downgrading Your Plan

1. Go to Settings > Subscription
2. Click "Change Plan"
3. Select a lower tier
4. Confirm the change

Note: Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Canceling Your Subscription

1. Go to Settings > Subscription
2. Click "Cancel Subscription"
3. Select a reason (optional)
4. Confirm cancellation

After canceling:

• You keep access until the end of the billing period
• Your account reverts to the Free plan
• You can resubscribe anytime

Billing History

View all your past payments:

1. Go to Settings > Billing
2. Click "Billing History"
3. Download invoices as needed

Payment Methods

Update Payment Method

1. Go to Settings > Billing
2. Click "Update Payment Method"
3. Enter new card details
4. Save changes

• Mastercard
• American Express
• Discover

Refund Policy

• Refunds available within 7 days of purchase
• Contact support@betterhomework.ai for refund requests
• Include your account email and reason

Student Discounts

Students can get special pricing:

2. Or verify student status through our partner
3. Discount applies automatically at checkout
