Capture Methods
Full Screen Capture
- Click the BetterHomework icon in your toolbar
- Click the Screen button (monitor icon)
- The entire visible page will be captured
- BetterHomework will analyze the image and provide help
Snip Selection
For more precision:
- Click the BetterHomework icon
- Click the Snip button (scissors icon)
- Your cursor will change to a crosshair
- Click and drag to select the area you want to capture
- Release to capture that specific area
Tips for Best Results
- Clear images: Make sure the text/problem is clearly visible
- Good lighting: If capturing from a physical document, ensure good lighting
- Crop tight: Use snip selection to focus on just the problem
- One problem at a time: For best results, capture one problem per screenshot
